I recently purchased a new computer and Tom did a great job setting up the new system, and transferring all the info from the old to the new. He is always available and patient with my lack of computer savvy! Thanks Tom!

Tom was awesome. Very honest and professional. I took my computer elsewhere before going to Alpha Geeks and was just told “it’s dead, you need a new hard drive..” There was no explanation and gave me a quote that seemed ridiculous. Tom went on it while I was there and told me it was one of three things. Within a couple hours he gave me a call back with his diagnosis. I gave him the green light to repair it and he had it done 2 days later and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This past Thursday I was unable to connect to the internet on my desktop computer. I called Alpha Geeks and spoke with Tom. He first tried to connect remotely. That didn’t work. I then brought my computer in. He checked it immediately and determined I needed a new hard drive. He installed a new hard drive with a 3 year warranty. I brought my laptop in to be looked at cause it was running so slow. They suggested to change my hard drive to solid state. It was a fraction of the price of buying a new laptop. My laptop runs faster then it did brand new. Thanks for the great advice.
